MBTI人格理论
MBTI
即Myers-BriggsTypeIndicator
也就是“迈尔斯布里格斯类型指标”
它是在人格类型学中一种内省的自我报告问卷，表明人们在如何看待世界和做出决定方面存在不同的心理偏好。
在荣格的《心理类型》中，他提出了人们有4种认知功能：thinking（思考），feeling（感觉），sensing（感知），intuition（直觉）。迈尔斯母女所创设的16种人格分类方式，也是建立在这个理论之上。该测试尝试分配四个类别:内向(Introversion）或外向(Extroversion)、实感(Sensing）或直觉(Intuition) 、思考(Thinking)或情感（Feeling)、判断(Judging）或感知(Perceiving)。取各类别的首字母来组成测试结果之类别名称，如“INFJ”或“ENFP”。

谐音双关
在英文字母当中
字母“i”的发音
与汉字“爱”的发音非常相近
于是
“i”与“爱”形成了一组谐音
“为i做e”⏩“为爱做e”。
那么“i”同时还代表什么？“e”又是什么？
i是introversion（内向）或者introverted（内向的）的首字母；
而e是extraversion（外向）或者extroverted（外向的）的首字母
“为i做e”也就是内向的人因为爱情，会强行把自己变成一个外向的人。原因可能是为了不冷场，不想对方难过或者为了合群等。

MBTI是一种自我报告式的人格测评工具，用以衡量和描述人们在获取信息、作出决策、对待生活等方面的心理活动规律和不同的人格类型表现。
该理论分别从4个不同的角度对人格进行分析，每个角度下分别有2种人格类型，具体如下：
1）驱动力的来源：
外向 (Extraversion) ——内向 (Introversion)
2）接受信息的方式：
感觉 (Sensing) ——直觉 (iNtuition)
3）决策的方式：
思维 (Thinking) ——情感 (Feeling)
4）对待不确定性的态度：
判断 (Judgement) ——知觉 (Perception)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assigns personality types based on answers to a series of questions. Our responses determine where we fall on the spectrum of four categories: how we interact with the world (extrovert or introvert), how we process information (sensing or intuition), how we make decisions (thinking or feeling) and how we organize our lives (judging or perceiving). The final result is a set of four letters.

2️⃣表示“认为；看待；视为”，英文解释为“to come to an opinion about something, or have a belief about something”

My belief in the power of this system stems from the fact that my own type — which presents itself to me consistently, no matter how many times I take the test or which version I take — is eerily spot on. Those letters, INTJ, became a mooring for me during a period of great uncertainty.

eerily 表示“怪诞地；奇异地；可怕地”，英文解释为“in a strange, frightening, and mysterious way”

spot on 表示“确切的，准确的”，英文解释为“exactly right”
举个：

mooring 表示“停泊处；系泊区；停泊船只的地方”，英文解释为“a place to tie a boat”
举个：
We rented a mooring.
