中国石油北京项目管理公司7日晚间通报，2023年6月7日，网络出现公司所属寰球项目管理公司原执行董事、党委书记、总经理胡继勇及员工董某某相关视频，引发重大舆情，公司党委当日研究决定免去胡继勇的党政职务，接受核查。公司纪委立即成立核查组，对相关问题开展了全面深入核实。

经查，胡继勇违反生活纪律，在婚姻存续期间与董某某存在生活作风问题；违反廉洁纪律，改变公务行程借机旅游。此外，对网络反映的胡继勇和董某某其他问题，经核查未发现存在违纪违法情况。鉴于二人无视纪律规矩、顶风违规违纪，造成恶劣影响，经公司党委研究决定，根据纪律处分条例和政务处分法，给予胡继勇开除党籍、开除公职处分；根据公司员工违规行为处理规定等相关规定，与董某某（群众）解除劳动合同。

公司重申，将持续正风肃纪反腐，切实加强干部员工作风建设和教育管理工作，对失德失范、违规违纪行为坚持“零容忍”，一经查实，严肃依规依纪处理。

Hu Jiyong, who previously served as executive director, general manager and Party secretary at one of the subsidiary companies of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), has been expelled from the Party and removed from public positions for disciplinary violations, according to an official statement. The decision was released by Beijing's CNPC project management company on Friday, one month after Hu, former top official of the Huanqiu Project Management (Beijing) Co Ltd (HQPMC) affiliated with the company, involved in the scandal. In the Friday's statement, the company said that Hu violated disciplines of the Communist Party of China. He had an improper relationship with Dong during his marriage, and changed the schedule of his business trip to take the opportunity for touring, it added. Considering the two breached the Party and the company's disciplines, causing serious negative effects, the company decided to expel Hu from the Party and dismiss him from work posts, with termination of the labor contract with non-Party member Dong, it said. The company stressed that it will continue attaching importance to the Party's disciplines and the fight against corruption, providing more education and strong management for officials and employees. Those who violate the disciplines will be severely punished by the company with zero-tolerance, it added.
