宫宁强课题组的研究是一个涉及生物材料、药物递送以及基因、蛋白质和细胞工程的交叉领域。旨在深入理解并提供解决临床问题的基础性理论及策略。我们的关注点涵盖多个临床问题,包括治疗耐受、复发、毒性、副作用等。正在进行的研究项目包括开发新型药物递送平台,以克服癌症免疫疗法中的耐受;通过纳米颗粒设计增强药物递送到深层肿瘤;建立核酸递送平台用于治疗癌症、传染病和代谢性疾病;利用生物材料修改免疫细胞,以实现高效且低毒的细胞疗法;以及探索蛋白质和肽的工程策略以实现安全的肿瘤免疫疗法等。
招聘岗位
博士后岗位职责:
1)与导师制订研究计划,聚焦肿瘤免疫治疗,基因治疗;
2)申请相关博士后基金与科学研究基金;
3)搭建技术平台,指导其他课题组成员;
4)导师交待的其他科研事务。
应聘条件:
1)获得或即将获得博士学位;
2)以第一作者在相关领域发表过SCI论文;
3)有良好的英文听说读写能力和语言表达能力;
4)为人诚实,有独立工作能力和团队协作精神,乐于学习和接受新知识;
5)具有以下研究背景优先:药学、化学、肿瘤、生物、医学等;
6)身心健康,能稳定工作。
