We are delighted to invite you to the reception that we will host during the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management this year in Chicago, Illinois. This is a fantastic opportunity for attendees to network, exchange ideas, and enjoy refreshments.

The School of Management, Zhejiang University will organize recruitment activities at the Annual Meeting Career Fair.

WHO WE ARE?

Zhejiang University (ZJU) is located in Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang Province. Hangzhou is famous for its beautiful West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the city is also a hub for China’s thriving private economy, its e-commerce, and its digital technology development. Hangzhou is, therefore, an ideal place for an academic career in business research. Here, entrepreneurship is deeply embedded in local culture and historic traditions, to the extent that "zheshang" literally refers to a business person from the Zhejiang Province and has become a piece of common Chinese vocabulary.

The applicant holds a full-professorship or an equivalent position at a prestigious university, has had their work acknowledged by international peers, and is capable of leading a research team to produce internationally advanced academic outcomes. The applicant has strong team spirit and good leadership skills.

Tenured Professor /Tenured Associate Professor

The applicant meets the general requirements for a tenured professor position at a top Chinese or international university. The applicant has research outcomes that are acclaimed by international academic peers. The applicant is under the age of 35, has a doctorate degree, demonstrates good interpersonal skills, and has achieved some creditable research outcomes.

A statement of pedagogical approach
Three letters of reference
