Wang Lizhong, born in 1956, joined the CPC in April 1979 with a bachelor's degree. He went to the countryside in 74 years, served as a soldier in 76 years, graduated from Dalian Army College in 79 years, headed the Cadre Section of the Political and Legal Commission of Yuhong District, Shenyang in 2001, and was the director of the Research Office. In 2012, he was a researcher at the level of the People's Congress of Yuhong District, Shenyang. He wrote the Military Annals of Yuhong District, the Law into the Family and other books successively. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a national first-class artist, a director and academician of the China Eastern Academy of Painting, a director of Liaoning Celebrity Culture, and a director of Liaoning "365" Books and Periodicals.

In 2014, the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Photographers Association awarded the title of "China's Top 100 Artists" to the judging committee, and the works were published in multiple newspapers and magazines.

In 2018, he was awarded the title of "Chinese Contemporary Powerful Calligraphy and Painting Artist" by Hong Kong International Auction Co., Ltd. in the "22nd China Contemporary Powerful Calligraphy and Painting Auction Special".

In 2018, he was selected as one of the top ten most influential brand calligraphy and painting artists in the first Huaxia Brand Famous List promotion activity, and won the first prize of five-star famous artist title.

The works at the first China Russia Friendship Art Exhibition held by the China Artists Association in 2019 won a bronze award.

In 2019, after evaluation by the Chinese Modern Literature Promotion Association, the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Collection Appraisal and Evaluation Committee, the Cultural and Art Promotion Association of the Beijing Writing Society, and the Expert Committee of the Calligraphy and Painting Channel of the China 315 Consumer Culture Network, the title of Chinese contemporary powerful calligraphy and painting master was awarded.

In the 3rd Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Spring Festival Gala Painting and Calligraphy Competition in 2020, the works (four feet whole) "Joyful Events" and "Autumn Beauty" won the third prize.

In 2020, he was appointed as a special invited artist by the editorial board of the Encyclopedia of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters and was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Master of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art for the Revival of China".

In the 4th Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Spring Festival Gala Painting and Calligraphy Competition in 2021, the work (four feet whole) (136X70cm) "Many Joyful Events in a Good Year with Auspicious Snow" won the third prize.

In 2021, in the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the fifth "China Cup" National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Printing Exhibition, the work "Go to the Fair" (136cmx70cm) won the special gold medal.

On July 2021, 14 works were included in the large-scale masterpiece "Shengshi Huazhang. Archives of Contemporary Art Masters" and were invited as special artists by the editorial committee of the Contemporary Art Masters Archives, and awarded the title of "Outstanding Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Artist".

In 2021, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the CPC, he was awarded by the Chinese Artists Association; Chinese Calligraphers Association; People's Academy of Calligraphy and Painting; China Huaxia National Ink Painting and Calligraphy Academy; The China Cultural and Artistic Talent Management Center awarded the title of "People's Artist with Dual Appreciation of Virtue and Art".

In the 7th "China Cup" National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Printing Exhibition in 2023, the work "Eight Sparrow Spring (136x70cm)" won a special gold medal.

In 2023, on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of the birth of the great leader Chairman Mao, he was selected as a pioneer in the new era of art on multiple online platforms such as Today's Headlines.

I have had a passion for painting since childhood, and have been inspired and influenced by teachers Zhang Guangbin, Zhang Guangquan, and Zhang Guangzhi, laying a solid foundation for painting. In particular, in 2015, I was fortunate enough to become the third generation successor of Qi Baishi's art under the tutelage of Wang Xuetao, a renowned master of flower and bird painting in China, and Master Zhipu. I named and seal wrote the studio name "Yishi Studio" with Mr. Zhipu, and received a true biography from a famous master. I am even more diligent and eager to learn, constantly exploring the correspondence between realism and freehand brushwork, boneless and meticulous brushwork, meticulous brushwork and freehand brushwork techniques in flower and bird painting from the combination of theory and practice. Through years of painting practice, I have diligently studied and humbly learned, and have successively gained the recognition of famous and powerful painters such as Shi Yujie, Mu Ruibiao, Shi Jianzhe, Yang Haibin, and Chen Ben. Through the preaching and guidance of teachers and professors such as You and Chen Dongyuan, significant progress has been made in brush and ink techniques, as well as color usage. In particular, in the process of exploring the "Six Laws" of Chinese painting, efforts have been made to balance reality and virtuality Through repeated practice and bold innovation, I have gradually formed my own unique style in painting practice, striving for vivid and lively atmosphere in the contrast between blank space, correspondence, and movement and stillness.
