In recent years, with the continuous expansion of China's coffee market, there has been an increasing focus on the recycling and utilization of coffee grounds.More and more people dedicated to the textile industry aiming at green and sustainable development have been using the yarn produced from coffee grounds to make coffee fabrics, coffee clothing, coffee quilts, coffee towels, coffee insoles and so on. Recently, Na Xiang has been teaching how to use coffee yarn inWabrocade weaving. At the 8th China - South Asia Expo in July, the related products were widely popular.
TheWabrocade is a national intangible cultural heritage. A special loom is used in its weaving process. The patterns on it express the feelings of theWapeople. Nowadays, with the efforts of many people, coffee yarn is being used inWabrocade products. The training has promoted the inheritance and development of this technique, and the "old craft" is gradually transforming into a "new industry". Innovation plays a crucial role in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage projects.#innovation #coffeeyarn #Wabrocade
