陈晓钊，艺名陈百佛，因发明书画伍佰佛系列全图而得名：男，1955年出生于大同市，职业画家，号卧龙，魏都百字阁堂主，祖籍河北涞源人，1976年参军入伍，先后在北京军区、兰州军区某坦克部队服役.1980年退出现役，1984年赴西安美术学院油画系深造，国家一级美术师、国宝级艺术大师、中国当代著名书画家、中国著名古文字书画发明家、中国国家画院特聘终身院士、中国美术家协会会员、世界民间艺术书画大师、世界教科文组织首席艺术家、专家组成员、世界艺术学会终身常务委员兼顾问、世界华人艺术网终身艺术顾问、美国国家艺术中心特聘外籍委员、中国民族文化研究院荣誉院士、中国国家书画网首席签约艺术家、法兰西皇家美术学院艺术学博士学位、意大利艺术研究院荣誉院士、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、客座教授、法兰西皇家美术学院博士生终身导师。四十多年来他从事创作及陈晓钊艺术馆陈列作品包括：书法、中国画、水彩画、金箔画、丙烯画、油画、雕塑、雕刻、壁画、中国古文字发明等艺术设计专业，被媒体、专家学者誉为：中国当代艺术界奇才和全才。2024年被国家两部委授予：陈晓钊中国油画最佳印象奖、陈晓钊中华文化特别贡献奖、陈晓钊艺术馆荣誉牌匾等。
代表作品：研究发明的巨幅书画长卷《中华百龙图系列全图》、《中华书画伍佰佛系列全图》、《中华一带一路系列全图》、《中华丝绸之路系列全图》、《中国梦系列全图》等作品有一百多项，其中《中华百龙图系列》获国家发明专利十四项。巨幅中国重彩壁画《八十八神仙图》、巨幅历史油画组画系列《中法人民永恒的友谊》、《和平之旅·台湾高龄老人大陆寻根祭祖摩托车团》等诸多系列作品。

Chen Xiaozhao, whose art name is Chen Baifo, is famous for inventing the series of paintings and calligraphy "Wu Baifo". He was born in Datong City in 1955, and is a professional painter. He is also known as "Wo Zuo Long" and is the head of the Baizige Tower Hall in Weidu. He is originally from Huaiyuan, Hebei. He joined the army in 1976 and served in the tank units of the Beijing Military Region and the Lanzhou Military Region. He was discharged from the army in 1980, and in 1984, he went to study at the Oil Painting Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts. He is a National Level 1 Artist, a National Treasure-level Art Master, a well-known contemporary Chinese painter, a well-known inventor of ancient Chinese calligraphy and painting, a lifetime senior academician of the National Academy of Painting in China, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a world-renowned folk art painter, the chief artist of the World Education, Science and Culture Organization, a member of the expert group of the World Art Society, a lifetime standing committee member and advisor of the World Chinese Art Network, a lifetime art advisor of the World Chinese Art Network, a special member of the National Art Center of the United States, an honorary academician of the China National Culture Institute, the chief artist of the China National Painting Network, a doctorate in art from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in France, an honorary academician of the Italian Art Institute, an honorary academician of the Royal Art Institute of the United Kingdom, a guest professor, and a lifetime mentor for doctoral students at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in France. For more than 40 years, he has been engaged in creative work and exhibited works at the Chen Xiaozhao Art Museum, including calligraphy, Chinese painting, watercolor painting, gold foil painting, acrylic painting, oil painting, sculpture, carving, mural painting, invention of ancient Chinese characters, and other art design majors. He is praised by the media, experts, and scholars as a prodigy and versatile figure in the contemporary Chinese art world. In 2024, he was awarded the Chen Xiaozhao Special Contribution Award for Chinese Culture and the Honorary Plaque of the Chen Xiaozhao Art Museum by two national ministries.
