近日,兰州理工大学生命科学与工程学院生物资源开发与环境健康研究团队在国际知名期刊《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》(中科院一区,TOP期刊,影响因子7.7)发表题为“Emerging Nanocellulose from Agricultural Waste: Recent Advances in Preparation and Applications in Biobased Food Packaging”的综述文章。该论文主要阐述了农业废弃物中纳米纤维素的最新制备技术及其在生物基食品包装中的应用进展。
在环境可持续发展的背景下,农业废弃物的资源化利用成为研究热点。该文首先介绍了从作物秸秆、甘蔗渣、果蔬加工副产物等农业生产废弃物中制备纳米纤维素的前沿热点,讨论了从各种农业废弃物中提取纳米纤维素的制备方法,并叙述了不同制备方法的基本原理和优缺点。其次,文章详细讨论了纳米纤维素在食品绿色包装中的应用,包括增强包装材料的机械性能、改善阻隔性能以及作为活性包装材料等。最后,对纳米纤维素在食品包装应用的安全性进行评价,以启发和促进相关法规文件的完善。该文章不仅为农业废弃物的高值化利用提供了新思考,还为生物基食品包装材料的开发提供了理论基础,在推动农业废弃物资源化利用和促进食品包装行业可持续发展方面具有重要意义。
