临近春节,承载民俗风情、象征美好寓意的花馒头成为节日市场的抢手货。在中国的北方地区,素有过年蒸花馍的习俗,寓意着来年发大财、日子过得蒸蒸日上。

In northern China, there is a tradition of steaming flower-shaped buns for the New Year, symbolizing prosperity and auspiciousness for the coming year.

操作间里,面点师傅正在制作一款龙元素花馍。以南瓜面做龙身、红曲米粉做龙脊,经过精心雕琢塑型,一条含珠金龙便盘于白饽饽上,再缀以祥云、元宝、铜钱、福贴,就成了“金龙送福”礼盒中的C位角色。金龙、醒狮、锦鲤、寿桃、葫芦...这些象征福禄吉祥的花馍最近深受欢迎。

花饽饽是山东省省级非物质文化遗产,又称“花馍”“花样馒头”。进入腊月以后,销量开始大幅攀升,尤其是像藏宝龙、祥龙瑞福、金龙送财等这些含有“龙”元素的国潮花饽饽,成为市场上的抢手货。
