第27届上海国际电影节将于2025年6月举办。即日（12月9日）起，上海国际电影节面向全球启动征片，范围包含金爵奖主竞赛、亚洲新人、纪录片、动画片、短片五个竞赛单元，及国际影片展映单元。征片截止日期为2025年3月31日。
影片报名须知
01.
金爵奖主竞赛单元
Main Competition
①
2024年4月1日以后制作完成的影片，优先选择世界首映和国际首映影片，中国影片必须是世界首映；
②
未曾在其他国际电影制片人协会认证的非专门类竞赛型国际电影节参赛及参展（以市场及宣发为目的放映的影片除外，以官方会刊为准）；未曾在该片主要制片国以外的国家或地区公映；
③
片长不少于70分钟；
④
放映介质：DCP。
02.
金爵奖亚洲新人单元
Asian New Talent
①
2024年4月1日以后制作完成的影片，优先选择世界首映和国际首映影片；
②
须为导演的第一或第二部剧情长片，且导演拥有亚洲国家国籍或为亚裔；
③
片长不少于70分钟；
④
放映介质：DCP。
03.
金爵奖纪录片单元
Documentary
①
2024年4月1日以后制作完成的影片，优先选择世界首映和国际首映影片，中国影片必须是世界首映；
②
未曾在其他国际电影制片人协会认证的非专门类竞赛型国际电影节参赛；
③
片长不少于70分钟；
④
放映介质：DCP。
04.
金爵奖动画片单元
Animation
①
2024年4月1日以后制作完成的影片，优先选择世界首映和国际首映影片，中国影片必须是世界首映；
②
未曾在其他国际电影制片人协会认证的非专门类竞赛型国际电影节参赛；
③
片长不少于60分钟；
④
放映介质：DCP。
05.
金爵奖短片单元
Short Film
①
2024年4月1日以后制作完成的真人短片和动画短片，其中纪录短片不可以申报真人短片项目，用动画手法拍摄的纪录片可以按动画短片申报；
②
优先选择世界首映和国际首映影片，中国影片必须是世界首映；
③
包括片头片尾在内，片长不超过40分钟；
④
未曾在其他国际电影制片人协会认证的非专门类竞赛型国际电影节参赛；
⑤
未曾在任何地方进行非院线公开放映或发行；
⑥
放映介质：未加密DCP，或未加密24帧/48帧的数字高清格式，画幅比例需符合影院的放映标准。
特 别 提 示
今年上海国际电影节将为最佳真人短片、最佳动画短片两个奖项增设现金奖励，每部获奖短片将获叁万元（含税）奖金。

国际影片展映单元
International Panorama
①
2024年1月1日以后制作完成的影片；
②
片长不少于70分钟；
③
放映介质：DCP。

The 27th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) will take place in June 2025. Starting today, SIFF is officially open for submissions worldwide, encompassing five competitive sections of the Golden Goblet Awards - Main Competition, Asian New Talent, Documentary, Animation, Short Film, as well as International Panorama. The deadline for submission is March 31, 2025.
Film Submission Guidelines
01.
金爵奖主竞赛单元
Main Competition
①
Films that have been completed in the country of origin after April 1, 2024. World premieres or international premieres are preferred.
②
Films that have not been selected in an international section (competitive or not) of other FIAPF-accredited non-specialized competitive film festivals before SIFF; films that have not been released commercially other than their country of origin.
③
The minimum running time is 70 minutes.
④
Format: DCP.
02.
金爵奖亚洲新人单元
Asian New Talent
①
Films that have been completed in the country of origin after April 1, 2024. World premieres or international premieres are preferred.
②
Films that are Asian director’s first or second feature films;
③
The minimum running time is 70 minutes.
④
Format: DCP.
03.
金爵奖纪录片单元
Documentary
①
Films that have been completed in the country of origin after April 1, 2024. World premieres or international premieres are preferred.
②
Films that have not been selected in the main competition category of other FIAPF-accredited non-specialized competitive film festivals before SIFF;
③
The minimum running time is 70 minutes.
④
Format: DCP.
04.
金爵奖动画片单元
Animation
①
Films that have been completed in the country of origin after April 1, 2024. World premiere or international premiere is preferred.
②
Films that have not been in the main competition category of other FIAPF-accredited non-specialized competitive film festivals before SIFF;
③
The minimum running time is 60 minutes.
④
Format: DCP.
05.
金爵奖短片单元
Short Film
①
Live-action or animated short films that have been completed after April 1, 2024, are eligible for submission. Note that documentary shorts cannot be submitted as live-action projects, while documentaries made using animation techniques may be submitted as animated shorts.
②
Preference will be given to world premieres and international premieres. Chinese films must be world premieres.
③
A running time of 40 minutes or less, including all credits.
④
Films that have not been in the competition category of other FIAPF-accredited non-specialized competitive film festivals before SIFF.
⑤
Films that must not be exhibited publicly or distributed anywhere in any nontheatrical form before SIFF.
⑥
Formats: Unencrypted DCP, or unencrypted digital HD formats at 24 fps/48 fps, with aspect ratios that meet cinema screening standards.
Special Note
At this year's SIFF, the Best Live Action Short Film and the Best Animated Short Film will each receive RMB 30,000 (tax included).

International Panorama
①
Films that have been completed after January 1, 2024.
②
The minimum running time is 70 minutes.
③
Format: DCP.
