  1. 用50g开水将茉莉花茶泡开,备用

  1. 200g水将甜菊叶煮出甜味

  1. 将甜菊叶过滤掉

  1. 甜菊叶水加寒天爱玉粉用小火煮融化

  1. 将茶水过滤掉茶叶,入甜菊叶寒天液中搅匀,入冷藏或速冻室内至不烫手

  1. 草莓对半切开,阿玛蕾娜野樱桃取出备用

  1. 约200ml容量的杯子2只,用小勺将寒天茶液倒入杯底,冷藏至将尽凝固
