这个拌凉皮,没有面粉的成份呦~~~
但是清爽香美、健康低糖!一点不比通常的拌凉皮口味差!嗯~~~

用料

西葫芦

1个(中等大)

胡萝卜

20g

小黄瓜

1个

芝麻酱

1汤匙

花生蛋白片

30克(要泡发)

适量

酱油

1茶匙

汤匙

1/4茶匙

低卡拌凉皮的做法

  1. 黄瓜胡萝卜去皮切丝,或用刮丝器刮丝

  1. 西葫芦去皮用刮刀,刮成长片状,好像凉皮哦

  1. 将西葫芦凉皮、黄瓜丝、胡萝卜摆入碗内

  1. 芝麻酱用适量水,约2倍多水,加入少许盐调开,要稠一点的样子

  1. 泡发的花生蛋白片用多些的盐加水煮开捞出,多些盐是为了入个底味啦

  1. 在滤勺内挤压出水份,剪或切成两半当然焯之前切开也可以啦,但猫妈忘记了啦!因为它一发起来,就变大啦

  1. 放入碗内,醋调入糖使其口味更柔和,与酱油、调好的麻汁糊分别浇入碗内即可

小贴士

1、焯煮花生蛋白片时,尽少量的用水,以免香味散失
2、削西葫芦时,可顺着削起棱角的侧长角继续削,以出长片状
3、醋的量,因为猫妈比较喜欢酸些,可以按个人口味调整
4、芝麻酱就是市售的那种带点花生酱的,纯芝麻酱当然更好了!
