芒香雪汁焗十锦的做法

  1. 白菜叶撕成小片,铺在焗烤盘内,洒少许盐和胡椒粉

  1. 天贝、红绿椒、茄子泡藕带切小块,用盐、胡椒粉、柠檬汁稍入味
  2. 入味的菜料摆入烤盘内,泡藕带切小片摆在上面

  1. 椰浆、糖、糯米粉小火慢慢煮粘稠,关火

  1. 将椰浆糯米雪汁浇到烤盘的菜料上

  1. 可将菜料重新翻上来,整下型

  1. 入预热230度烤箱,烤18分钟,见雪汁起泡即可

小贴士

1、若不怕胖胖,菜料在入味时加适量橄榄油会更润口,雪汁里也可以加入椰子油!会香爆的啦!
2、喜欢更熟一些,可适当延长焗烤的时间~不过猫妈觉着还是稍生一起更营养些~
3、进口椰浆、天贝(一种发酵豆制品,易于吸收富含VB12)、禾甜糖(一种健康些的糖)、泡藕带,可在淘宝找寻。
4、天贝若加点海盐煎下再焗烤,会更香口美味~
