自制豆腐的做法

  1. 黄豆浸泡一晚上,用破壁机果汁键功能打生豆浆

  1. 用滤网或者滤布过滤出豆渣

  1. 倒进锅内大火煮开后转小火再煮5分钟左右

  1. 3克内脂➕少许凉白开化开

  1. 煮好的豆浆晾凉两分钟左右降温到80°,冲进化开的内脂水里,撇去浮沫,盖住盖子密闭静置15到20分钟
