白玉菇炒肉片的做法

  1. 猪肉切片,加淀粉抓匀,再加食用油抓匀,备用

  1. 水开加入白玉菇,焯水5分钟

  1. 热锅凉油,油热后加肉片和姜蒜片,一起翻炒。
    炒至肉片完全变色后加酱油,超出香味

  1. 再加入焯水后的白玉菇,翻炒均匀后加盐调味
