豆沙面包的做法

  1. 黄油除外的所有材料都放入面包机,按发面团键和面

  1. 揉成光滑面团后加入黄油继续重启发面团键揉面,此程序反复三次,也就是3个20分钟揉面

  1. 面团被揉的光滑且有弹性,轻轻的试着将面团撑开,能拉出薄膜就可以了,若达不到就再重启揉一遍

  1. 出膜后继续用发面团键揉面发酵操作,让面团自然发酵至2-3倍大

  1. 然后再用发面团键揉面5分钟,给胀大的面团排气

  1. 将面团取出,称量等分成18个小剂子,并逐个揉成光滑的圆面团

  1. 将红豆沙跟熟的黑芝麻放入盘子中掺拌均匀

  1. 然后分成20克一个的小球

  1. 将面包剂子擀成边缘薄中间厚的面皮,上面放上豆沙芝麻陷,收口包起

  1. 全部包好后排入烤盘,每个之间要留有足够的间距

  1. 放入预热40度烤箱,让面团再次发酵
