鸭屎香奶油吐司的做法

  1. 天气热提前把牛奶冷冻,把鸭屎香茶叶提前打成粉状,为了防止和面时面温过高,提前把整个厨师桶及材料放入冰箱冷藏半小时~

  1. 除了黄油、盐之外,其他材料加入厨师机内,开启1档1分钟、3档3分钟、5档5分钟,再次加入黄油、盐开启5档和面10分钟

  1. 和好的面团不能高于28度

  1. 第一次1个小时发酵

  1. 发酵好的面团

  1. 分成等量的12份小面团,松弛15分钟

  1. 松弛好的面团擀成片状,再擀成条状,松弛20分钟

  1. 松弛好的面团擀开后长舌状

  1. 擀好的面团放入吐司盒里

  1. 放入80s烤箱中发酵,放入一杯热水,确保面团的湿度开启发酵模式50分钟左右,发酵吐司盒的9分

  1. 发酵9分的面团
