蓝莓慕斯巴斯克的做法

1. 奶油奶酪软化，加入糖粉搅拌均匀，再分次加入鸡蛋液搅拌均匀，再加入淡奶油和玉米淀粉搅拌均匀

1. 六寸模具垫油纸，底部放几颗蓝莓

1. 将调好的巴斯克酱过筛倒入模具中，放入预热好的烤箱210度烤28分钟

1. 自制的蓝莓酱

1. 吉利丁片泡软，倒入30克温牛奶，搅拌融化
   奶油奶酪加入糖和淡奶油以及蓝莓酱混合打发至酸奶状

1. 加入牛奶和吉利丁，混合搅拌均匀
2. 
   

1. 出炉的巴斯克

1. 将蓝莓慕斯食材倒在烤好的巴斯克上

1. 冰箱冷藏四小时以上脱模
