擀好以后将切好的红枣碎均匀的平铺在上面,再淋入一点熟的黑芝麻,之后将它从头卷起,卷的时候要紧实一些,之后将它改刀切成两指宽的小段,将它摆入蒸锅再次醒发10~15分钟,然后再开火,水开以后计时蒸16分钟,关火5~6分钟后再开盖将它取出。
