烹饪步骤:

3.放入沥干水分的鸡腿块,转中火翻炒,鸡肉表面微微金黄,均匀裹上酱料。加入2大勺生抽、1大勺老抽、2大勺蚝油、冰糖,继续翻炒,让鸡肉吸收调料的味道。
4.倒入没过鸡肉的清水,大火煮开后转小火,盖上锅盖炖煮20分钟,直到鸡肉熟透。放入土豆块和香菇,继续炖煮9分钟,待土豆变软后,加入洋葱和青椒,再煮6分钟,让配菜吸收汤汁的鲜美。撒上芝麻,即可!
