准备食材:新鲜玫瑰花、糯米粉、澄面、低筋面粉、糖粉。

第一步,将新鲜的玫瑰花用淡盐水浸泡一会,然后捞出沥干水分。接着把花瓣撕下来,放入锅中,加入冰糖,大火煮开后转小火慢熬,直到汤汁变浓稠即可关火放凉备用。

第二步,将糯米粉、澄面、低筋面粉按比例混合均匀,再倒入放凉的玫瑰酱搅拌均匀。然后分次少量地往面粉里倒温水,边倒边搅拌成絮状,最后揉成光滑的面团醒发半小时备用。

第三步,取一小块醒好的面团搓圆压扁,中间薄边缘厚,放上一勺玫瑰馅料,慢慢收口捏紧,用手掌轻轻按扁。全部做好以后,表面刷一层蛋黄液,撒上白芝麻点缀。

第四步,烤箱预热 190 度,将饼坯送入烤箱中层,上下火烤制 20 分钟左右至表面金黄即可出炉。
