食材准备:

主料:

鸡中翅500克

鸡爪300克

土豆 2个

玉米2个

青红椒各1个

调料:

姜片4片

蒜瓣5瓣

八角2个

桂皮1个

干辣椒

料酒1大勺

生抽2勺

老抽半勺

冰糖3个

盐适量

制作步骤:

1.鸡爪用厨房剪刀直接剪掉指甲尖,再在指缝处各剪一刀,用开水烫一下,去掉表面的黄皮。鸡翅用牙签在表面扎几个小洞,洗干净。

2.锅里倒入冷水,放入鸡翅、鸡爪和料酒,大火烧开,看到有浮沫就捞出来冲冷水。

3.砂锅倒油烧热,先放入八角、桂皮、干辣椒,炒出香味,再加入姜片和蒜瓣,炒香。

4.鸡翅、鸡爪放入锅中,倒入生抽、老抽,翻炒均匀。等到鸡肉表面微微发亮时,加入适量清水,没过食材,放入冰糖,调成中火炖煮

5.中途加入土豆、玉米和,盖上锅盖,继续炖20分钟左右。等汤汁收至黏稠,撒入青红椒,稍微翻炒几下,再加盐调味。就可以出锅啦!
