那么这道菜怎么做呢?首先咱们把酸菜切成细丝,然后用清水多洗两遍,去除一下表面的盐分跟杂质。接着把豆腐切成块备用。
锅中烧油,油热后放入蒜瓣爆香,再加入酸菜翻炒几下,然后倒入开水没过食材,大火煮沸后转中小火炖一会,让酸菜的味道充分地融入到汤汁里边去。
接着我们就可以调味了,加入生抽、鸡精还有白糖提鲜。这个时候尝一下味道,如果不够酸的话,可以再加点白醋,酸辣味会更足一些。
