太喜欢这道丸子菜了!清淡鲜嫩健康,补水补维生素、补蛋白,1大碗轻松拿下,一周5顿吃不够!
大热的天儿,一到饭点就不知道吃啥?我家刚好有一道家常菜,是全家老少不容易吃烦的,滋补解馋还不油腻。我管它叫汆丸子,不炸不炒,做法简单,吃着也健康,且适合夏天。
用最简单的食材做出最美的味道,这次的汆丸子不光比以往更好吃,也更有看头,更会激发你的灵感:原来丸子还能这样做!
作为普通老百姓家庭,我家做饭基本都是有啥用啥,争取做到花钱不多全家人都喜欢。现在的猪肉价家家都能吃得起,买上一些用来汆丸子吃,香而不腻,汤汤水水的,有肉还有菜,不会上火,还补益身体。
来说一下汆丸子的重点。汆丸子要想口感鲜嫩,我家的小窍门是往肉馅里搅入一些提香开胃的蔬菜,浓浓的菜汁融入到肉馅里,你中有我,我中有你,经过这么一折腾,味道好的不得了,肉丸吃着可嫩了,且煮的时候不会散,还有型。
就这种做法,即使有不爱吃蔬菜的也挑不出毛病,入口是香嫩的肉丸,其实里面隐形着不少蔬菜。
这次做丸子的食材我用到了肥瘦猪肉、娃娃菜、青椒(不辣)、芹菜、鸡蛋等,不但为身体补充了蛋白质,还提供了多种维生素,能量满满,吃着开胃有食欲,利于身体健康。
【娃娃菜汆蔬菜肉丸子】
需要准备的食材:2肥8瘦的猪肉2块,鸡蛋1个,小个的青椒2个,芹菜2根,香菜几根,大葱,姜,白胡椒粉,盐,玉米淀粉5勺
详细做法:
第一步,把食材准备好。猪肉去皮,青椒洗净,芹菜洗净,香菜洗净
第二步,把猪肉切小块,倒入绞馅机里
第三步,先切入葱姜,再切入香菜、青椒(去籽去蒂)、芹菜茎,最后放入芹菜叶,搅碎至细腻
第四步,这时候,再磕入1个鸡蛋,加入白胡椒粉,搅匀
第五步,最后一步是放入玉米淀粉,盐
第六步,搅至均匀,细腻起黏,这个肉丸子的调配步骤就完成了
