甜品2:爆浆红豆烤年糕

食材:

蜜红豆100g、糯米粉150g、牛奶135g、鸡蛋1个、玉米油25g、细砂糖25g、泡打粉3g。

关键步骤:

1.鸡蛋和糖搅匀,倒牛奶和玉米油乳化,筛入糯米粉和泡打粉,Z字形搅拌到顺滑。
