FOB（Free On Board）
装运港船上交货
例句：The price includes delivery to the port, but not the shipping cost.
（价格包含运到装运港的费用，但不含海运费。）
CIF（Cost, Insurance and Freight）
成本、保险加运费价
例句：The price under CIF includes the cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port.
（CIF价包括成本、保险和运费到目的港。）
EXW（Ex Works）
工厂交货价
例句：Under EXW terms, the buyer is responsible for all transport costs.
（按EXW条款，运输费用由买方承担。）
DDP（Delivered Duty Paid）
完税后交货
例句：The goods will be delivered DDP to your warehouse, so you don’t have to worry about customs clearance or taxes.
（货物将以完税后交货方式送达您的仓库，所以您无需担心清关或税费问题。）
DAP（Delivered At Place）
目的地交货
例句：We can offer DAP terms, which means we’ll handle the shipping, but you’ll be responsible for import duties.
（我们可以提供DAP条款，也就是由我们负责运输，但进口关税由您承担。）

ETA（Estimated Time of Arrival）
预计到达时间
例句：The ETA of the shipment is October 28th.
（预计货物到达时间是10月28日。）
ETD（Estimated Time of Departure）
预计出发时间
例句：The ETD has been delayed due to weather conditions.
（由于天气原因，出发时间被推迟了。）
B/L（Bill of Lading）
提单
例句：Please send us a copy of the B/L once it’s issued.
（提单一出，请发我们一份副本。）
POD（Port of Discharge）
卸货港
例句：The POD for this shipment is Los Angeles.
（这批货的卸货港是洛杉矶。）
POL（Port of Loading）
装货港
例句：The POL is Shanghai, and the POD is Hamburg.
（装货港是上海，卸货港是汉堡。）

MOQ（Minimum Order Quantity）
最小起订量
例句：Our MOQ is 500 pieces per item.
（我们的最小起订量是每个款式500件。）
PI（Proforma Invoice）
形式发票
例句：Please issue the PI so we can arrange the deposit.
（请开具形式发票，以便我们安排预付款。）
T/T（Telegraphic Transfer）
电汇付款
例句：We usually accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% before shipment.
（我们通常接受30%预付款电汇，发货前付余款70%。）
L/C（Letter of Credit）
信用证
例句：The buyer will pay by irrevocable L/C at sight.

P/O（Purchase Order）
