在英文里“怀孕了”不能直接说：
- I have a baby.
正确的说法是：
- I m having a baby.
其他委婉表达：
an accident
"Baby accident "有意外怀孕的意思，相当于“unplanned pregnancy”
She had a little accident In the last year of the university.
大四的时候，她意外怀孕了。
in trouble
表面意思是“惹上麻烦事”，一般用于未婚女子意外怀孕
I‘m telling a secret to you that I m "in trouble".
我告诉你一个秘密，我怀孕了。
knock up
精疲力尽的意思，被整垮，有冒犯的意思 慎用
She was knocked up by her ex.
她被前任弄怀孕了。
in an interesting condition/situation/ state
把女性怀孕描写成一个有趣的状态
My best friend is in an interesting condition.
我最好的朋友怀孕了。
in a certain/particular/delicate condition
女性怀孕期间可以形容是“某一特殊状况”，“微妙、脆弱的身体状况”

eating for two
一人吃两个人的分量，暗示怀孕了
After honeymoon, she is eating for two.
