住宿（Accommodation）
dormitory/dorm: 宿舍
Example: Many first-year students live in dormitories.
（许多大一新生住在宿舍。）
hall of residence: 学生公寓
Example: The hall of residence is close to the campus.
（学生公寓离校园很近。）
landlord / landlady: 房东（男/女）
Example: The landlord is responsible for repairs.
（房东负责维修。）
tenant: 房客
Example: Tenants must pay rent on time.
（房客必须按时支付房租。）
rent: 租金
Example: The rent is paid monthly.
（房租按月支付。）
deposit: 押金
Example: You need to pay a deposit before moving in.
（入住前需要支付押金。）
utilities: 水电煤等杂费
Example: Utilities are not included in the rent.
（房租不包含水电费。）
furnished: 配有家具的
Example: The apartment is fully furnished.
（公寓家具齐全。）
lease: 租约
Example: They signed a one-year lease.
（他们签了一年的租约。）
roommate: 室友
Example: I share a room with my roommate.
（我和室友同住一个房间。）
maintenance: 维修
Example: Please call maintenance if something is broken.
（如果东西坏了请联系维修人员。）
