至美通研究院消息,据美国劳工部等相关信息渠道显示,申请在2026年1月进行大规模裁员的美国头部企业接近120家。

根据这些企业依据《工人调整与再培训通知》(WARN)法案要求提交的数据显示,有如下公司将在2026年1月份进行大规模(Massive Layoff)裁员。

这其中包括了Amazon、FedEx、General Motors、H&M、LV、McDonald’s、NIKE、Panasonic、Verizon、Wells Fargo等世界知名企业。

根据“WARN”法案的解释,大规模裁员通常指以下几种情况:在30天内裁减至少50名员工,且裁员人数占员工总数三分之一;或任何公司在30天内裁减500名员工;又或因工作场所关闭导致30天内至少50名员工被裁减。

清单中的高比例行业,恰好指向了美国经济当前几个核心矛盾:

1.制造与工业(占比16.2%)

这个占比最高,印证了“脱实向虚”的结构性压力。美国制造业占GDP比重在过去十年呈下降趋势,尽管投资承诺额巨大,但整体增长长期滞后于GDP增速。这说明,即便政策推动“制造业回归”,该行业在成本、供应链和转型压力下仍面临剧烈调整。

2.科技与软件(占比11.4%)

裁员比例不低,这揭示了科技行业内部的 “K型分化”。一面是AI、云计算领域的巨额投资和扩张,另一面是传统硬件、软件部门为优化成本而裁员。这表明增长高度集中于AI等少数前沿,而非普惠整个科技行业。

3.零售与消费品(占比14.3%)

占比很高,可能反映了在高通胀和利率环境下,消费者信心下滑和消费行为“降级” 对终端零售和品牌商的冲击。
