周生生涉事挂坠送检结果公布|周生生|珠宝|足金挂坠|饰品

据央广网，记者从清远市清城区市场监督管理局获悉，针对周生生（顺盈时代广场店）黄金饰品纠纷问题，清远市清城区市场监督管理局已依法受理并及时组织调解处理。鉴于消费者对所购买的黄金饰品质量有异议，经消费者与商家协商，双方同意由清远市清城区市场监督管理局将涉事饰品送往有资质的第三方检测机构检测。

The market supervision and administration bureau of Qingcheng district in Qingyuan, Guangdong province, has confirmed it has mediated a consumer dispute involving gold jewelry from a Chow Sang Sang store. The bureau responded to a case where a consumer raised concerns about the quality of a newly purchased gold pendant.

Following negotiations, both the customer and the retailer agreed to send the item to a qualified third-party testing institution arranged by the bureau.

经委托广东省珠海市质量计量监督检测所对送检的涉事饰品进行检测，检测结果为足金，符合GB11887-2012《首饰贵金属纯度的规定及命名方法》及第1号修改单标准要求。目前，清远市清城区市场监督管理局已将检测报告送达消费者与商家，双方均表示对检测结果无异议。

The Guangdong Zhuhai Supervision Testing Institute of Quality and Metrology conducted the analysis. Results confirmed the item was made of pure gold, meeting the requirements of the national standard GB11887-2012 and its first amendment. The bureau has delivered the test report to both parties, who have stated they accept the findings.

近日，广东清远的李女士向央广网啄木鸟消费者投诉平台反映，她新购买的周生生足金福袋挂坠佩戴一天后即被刮花，并出现白色痕迹。因对饰品含金量产生怀疑，她将挂坠送检，结果发现不同点位的金含量数据存在差异（）。

A consumer, surnamed Li, recently reported that a new Chow Sang Sang pure gold pendant showed scratches and white marks after one day of wear. Suspecting issues with its gold content, Li had it tested privately and claimed to have found that readings of the gold's purity varied at different points.

2月3日，周生生发布情况说明：

我们充分理解顾客和公众的顾虑，针对顾客反馈的相关情况，我司高度重视，第一时间复核了当时出厂批次的破坏性检测报告，报告显示该批次货品质量完全符合国家相关标准。

同时，今日2月3日，我司已将同批次同款福袋送检至国家珠宝玉石首饰检验集团有限公司（NGTC），采用X射线荧光光谱法（XRF）进行检测，该福袋货品的检测结论为足金饰品（报告编号：P-ZSSA2121621）。NGTC对该货品随机选取3个检测点，检测所得金含量结果依次为99.99%、99.99%、99.98%（详见附件）。
