US President Donald Trump on Tuesday threatened to end trade with Spain, citing a lack of support over the US and Israeli attacks on Iran.

特朗普补充说：“我们将切断与西班牙的所有贸易。我们不想与西班牙有任何往来。”

"We're going to cut off all trade with Spain," Trump told reporters during an Oval Office meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. "We don't want anything to do with Spain."

针对特朗普此番威胁言论，西班牙政府3日回应时强调，不会接受外部施压，西班牙拥有必要资源来应对可能产生的影响，并将支持受冲击行业，推动供应链多元化。

The Spanish government responded in a statement that it had the necessary resources to contain the potential impact of a trade embargo and support affected sectors, but said it would continue to push for free trade and economic cooperation with its partners.

西班牙首相决定阻止美国使用西班牙军事基地

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has explicitly condemned the US and Israel's "unilateral military action" against Iran. The rebukes have been reinforced by his government's refusal to allow the US to use bases in Rota and Morón for the continuing strikes against Iran.

José Manuel Albares, Spain's foreign minister, said on Monday that his country would not allow the US to use jointly operated bases in southern Spain in any strikes not covered by the United Nations' charter.
