3月17日下午，“小费同学”的姐姐费女士告诉记者，小费已经确诊腺泡型横纹肌肉瘤六年，但她始终乐观抗癌，在社交平台上分享就医日常，用坚强与善良温暖了众多网友。

A 21-year-old Chinese cancer blogger known as Xiaofei passed away in the early hours of Monday, leaving a farewell letter that moved tens of thousands.

Her sister confirmed on Tuesday that she was diagnosed with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, a malignant tumor, six years ago, and remained optimistic throughout her illness.

“妹妹一直坚强勇敢，活得很精彩。”费女士向记者展示了妹妹生前写下的文章。据小费自述，六年前她确诊腺泡型横纹肌肉瘤，属于恶性肿瘤。从15岁发病到16岁，她经历了3次全麻手术、18次化疗，右手放疗30次、右手臂放疗25次。但她始终很乐观，写道：“癌症又怎样，我这黄金一般的青春，只有一次”。

In her personal writings, Xiaofei detailed her six-year fight against cancer: between the ages of 15 and 16 alone, she endured three surgeries, 18 chemotherapy and 55 radiation treatments. Still, she never lost her optimism, writing: "So what if it's cancer? This golden youth of mine only comes once."

2021年9月，她发布第一条视频，成为抗癌博主，经常分享自己的就医日常，许多网友为她加油，希望这个爱笑的女孩早日康复。然而，3月16日凌晨2点，小费还是离开了这个世界，她写下的告别信已有7.7万余人点赞，4.1万条评论。

In September 2021, Xiaofei posted her first video and began documenting her life as a cancer patient, regularly sharing her hospital experiences and drawing encouragement from many netizens. Since her death at 2 am on Monday, Xiaofei's final letter has garnered over 77,000 likes and 41,000 comments.

小费在信中写道：“我想我的离开不会狂风暴雨般袭来，我的离开更像树叶脱离枝干那样宁静。也许我充满遗憾和不甘心，可我写下这些文字的时候，内心无比平静。我带着感恩与满足生活在这个世界上，想不通的时候也会质疑命运的不公，可我依然在为自己的生命努力，坚持每一天，坚持每一口喘息。家人、亲人、朋友、病友、长辈、一面之缘的朋友、医护工作者，我很感激与你们每一个人的相识和交流。你们让我的生命丰富多彩，我希望你们的生命也同样丰富多彩，平安幸福。”

In the letter, she likened her departure to "a leaf falling from a branch" — quiet and peaceful. While acknowledging her regrets and moments of questioning fate's injustice, she expressed gratitude to everyone she met along the way, from family and friends to medical workers and fellow patients. She wished them all a life "rich and colorful".
