岗位职责｜Responsibilities
1｜影像预演（Storyboarding as Direction）
将剧本拆解为具备情绪张力与节奏控制的分镜系统，不只是“画镜头”，而是完成一轮导演级的影像预演。
Translate scripts into emotionally driven, rhythm-controlled storyboards — not just drawing shots, but executing director-level pre-visualization.
2｜AI影像生成（从“抽卡”到控制）
基于Midjourney / SD / Flux 等工具，构建稳定的人物与视觉体系，并通过Luma / Kling / Flow 等视频模型完成动态表达。
你的目标不是“出图”，而是建立可控的视觉连续性。
Build consistent characters and visual systems using Midjourney / SD / Flux, and animate via Luma / Kling / Flow.
Your goal is not just generation, but achieving controllable visual continuity.
3｜后期重构（Editing as Narrative Engineering）
完成剪辑、调色、声音设计与口型同步，修复AI影像中的闪烁、穿帮与不真实感，将碎片素材重组为完整的视听语言。
Handle editing, color grading, sound design, and lip-sync; fix AI artifacts and reconstruct fragmented materials into a coherent cinematic language.
4｜工作流进化（Pipeline Builder）
持续跟进全球AI工具（如ComfyUI 工作流）的更新，并将其转化为可复用的生产流程，而不是零散技巧。
Continuously track global AI tools (e.g., ComfyUI workflows) and transform them into scalable, reusable production pipelines rather than isolated tricks.
