His connection to the BFA spans nearly two decades. Reflecting on 50 years of change, Mahmood told CGTN's Zang Shijie about the changes he's seen over the past half century. "Everything has changed," he says, noting that while changes can be seen everywhere, from infrastructure to daily life, China's landscape, and its people, China's open-door policy and economic reforms have remained constant. Amid rising global uncertainty and Middle East tensions, Mahmood describes China as a stabilizing force for Asia and the world, calling on younger generations to embrace dialogue over confrontation and work toward common global prosperity.
