你站在田埂上，风是从你背后来的。你还没感觉到风，先看见了稻浪——脚边的稻子最先弯下去，然后往前推，一排推一排，一层推一层，千层浪就这么涌出去了。那浪是金黄色的，穗子沉甸甸的，弯下去的时候露出下面青黄的秆，直起来的时候又是一片金灿灿的。浪走得很快，比人跑得还快，从你的脚边出发，经过第一块田、第二块田、第三块田，越过一道田埂又一道田埂，一直涌到远处的山脚下。山是青灰色的，稳稳地坐在那里，看着金色的浪一层一层地扑过来，扑到它的脚边就散了，像海浪撞上了礁石。风过去了，浪就停了，稻田恢复平静，所有的稻子都直起身来，安安静静地站着。但你知道风还会来，浪还会涌，从你的脚边出发，再一次涌到山脚下，一遍又一遍，直到稻子被收割的那一天。
