2026年3月21日，中国法学会海关法研究会成立大会在京召开。中国法学会党组书记、常务副会长王洪祥，海关总署署长、党委书记孙梅君出席会议并讲话。中国法学会党组成员、副会长王振江主持会议。会议选举海关总署政治部主任、党委委员吕伟红为首任会长。

会议审议通过了《中国法学会海关法研究会章程》，选举产生了中国法学会海关法研究会第一届理事会。
