美国科技巨头甲骨文(Oracle)的3万名员工一觉醒来,发现自己失业了!
就在近日凌晨,一封封冰冷的辞退邮件被送出:“我们决定取消您的岗位。今天是您的最后一个工作日。”据估算,这次裁员可能波及3万人,占甲骨文全球员工总数的18%。这也是过去12个月内,科技行业单次裁员规模最大的一次。
让人意外的是,甲骨文并没有经营困难,2025财年的净利润还涨了19%。
此次裁员实际上是为了给人工智能(AI)业务腾出现金流。据估算,甲骨文的AI基础设施扩张计划,总投入预计高达1560亿美元。而如果裁员2万至3万人,将可能带来80亿至100亿美元的额外自由现金流。
一边烧钱投资,一边裁员增效——这种模式,正在成为美国科技行业的新常态。最近,亚马逊、Meta等多家科技巨头,都打着“AI替代”或“AI投资”的旗号大规模裁员。据统计,今年以来美国科技行业宣布的裁员人数已超过5.2万人,为2023年以来第一季度最高水平。
有分析人士指出,眼下的裁员潮还远没有结束,根源在于软件开发的工作流程正在被AI加速重构,编程方式正从“人写代码”转向“人指挥AI写代码”。并且,资本市场已经用脚投票——今年前3个月,甲骨文便受此冲击,市值蒸发四分之一。这意味着,企业必须加快转型步伐,谁转得慢,谁就可能成为下一个被市场“惩罚”的对象。

韩国航空公司大幅上调燃油附加费

据媒体报道,业内人士日前表示,受全球油价飙升的影响,韩国航空公司4月份的航班燃油附加费较3月大幅上涨。

大韩航空4月份将国际单程航班的燃油附加费上调至4.2万韩元至30.3万韩元之间,而3月份为1.35万韩元至9.9万韩元。
Korean Air raised the fuel surcharge for international one-way flights to between 42000 and 303000 Korean won in April, compared to 13500 to 99000 Korean won in March.
韩亚航空4月份的燃油附加费从3月份的14600韩元至78600韩元上调至43900韩元至251900韩元。
The fuel surcharge for Asiana Airlines in April has been raised from 14600 to 78600 Korean won in March to 43900 to 251900 Korean won.
业内人士指出,更高的燃油附加费可能会抑制本已疲软的第二季度的旅行需求。如果成本持续上涨,航空公司每趟航班都可能面临亏损。
