某直聘上有人问我公积金多少，我以为是HR，结果是来相亲的。

上周三晚上，我躺床上刷某直聘。

本来是想看看有没有兼职，结果刷到一条"求职简历"——写的不是工作经历，是身高175，年薪30万，父母有退休金，寻人生合伙人。

我当时就懵了。这啥啊？往下翻，又看到几条，什么"985硕士，房车齐全，诚征另一半"，"体制内稳定，家庭无负担，期待有缘人"。

我截图发给我哥们小王，他说："这有啥，我也收到过。对方第一句就问我公积金多少，我以为是HR，结果是来相亲的。"

我说："你回了？"

他说："回了啊，我说公积金双边12%，对方说'那可以，聊聊'。聊个屁，我直接拉黑了。"

朋友圈里的争议

我把这事发群里，结果炸锅了。

小王说："这多好，比相亲市场实在。条件摆得明明白白，省得浪费时间。"

我另一个哥们老陈直接怼他："你脑子有病吧？感情也KPI化，还是人吗？"

两人吵了二十多条，我爬楼看完，发现这事没那么简单。

说实话，相亲市场确实虚。

我去年相过两次，一次对方照片像刘亦菲，见面像贾玲（以前胖的时候）。一次说年薪20万，结果连奶茶钱都要AA。

招聘软件至少简历可查，学历是真的，工作经历是真的，薪资范围是真的。而且不用绕弯子，聊什么爱好电影旅行，最后不还是落到房子车子？

尴尬的瞬间

但小王那件事，我总觉得哪不对。

他后来跟我说："我当时真以为对方是HR，还认真回复了。结果她说'你条件不错，认识一下'，我才反应过来是相亲的。你说尴尬不？"

我说："那你为啥拉黑？"

他说："因为我觉得她不是在找我这个人，是在找我的公积金。"

老陈那派也有道理，但我也想了想，"不功利"的感情，真的存在吗？

我表哥当年自由恋爱，爱得死去活来，最后结婚还不是因为女方有房？我同事相亲认识的，现在孩子两岁了，感情也挺好。

条件筛选的真相

条件筛选一直都在，只是换了个形式。招聘软件把它摆到台面上，以前藏在"感觉""眼缘"后面，现在摊开了。

但问题是，摊得太开了。

相亲市场，你知道对方在挑你，但好歹有层"认识一下"的缓冲。招聘软件上，简历一摆，双方都在算：你的薪资配不配我，我的家庭有没有负担你。

这比相亲更赤裸，因为连"感情"的幌子都没有。

最后的思考

我最后怎么想？

我觉得吧，用招聘软件找对象，不是不行，但别用找工作的逻辑找感情。

找工作，不合适可以离职。感情呢？分手的成本高多了。

条件是基础，但感情是相处出来的。招聘软件省的是了解的时间，丢的是了解的过程。
