据CCTV国际时讯，6月5日，俄罗斯总统普京在出席圣彼得堡经济论坛全会时，对乌克兰总统泽连斯基此前一天发布的公开信做出回应称，这一公开信是“粗鲁无礼”的。普京还表示，现在与泽连斯基会面“没有任何意义”。

另据央视新闻消息，普京在会上表示，与泽连斯基会晤的前提是必须先找到解决冲突的方案。俄罗斯需要的是着眼长远的协议，而不是冲突的短期停歇。
