DRAM现货市场：
本周DRAM现货市场延续上周走势，整体报价维持上涨格局。其中，DDR5颗粒询单活跃且买方追价意愿提升；另一方面，由于DDR4颗粒供不应求且价格居高不下，部分需求被迫向下寻求DDR3颗粒替代，进一步持续推升DDR3颗粒价格。主流颗粒DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s在本周（6/3-6/9）的价格涨幅为2.22%（由US$35.12上涨至US$35.90）。
NAND现货市场：
近期受2026年第二季度合约价上涨提振，本周NAND现货价格止跌回稳，不过受到消费市场需求疲软，整体交易依旧平淡。本周（更新至6/8）512Gb TLC Wafer现货价格下跌0.22%，报价来到每颗US$20.64。
