"心有定锚"并非抗拒变化，而是以坚定的价值观、使命感与自我认知为内在根基，在动荡中保持方向，在喧嚣中守住本心。

这一理念亦是女性领导力论坛自创办以来一以贯之的精神内核,引导女性领导者在不确定的时代中，锚定内在价值，从容前行。

本届论坛打造"寻锚、铸锚、启锚"三幕女性领导力成长序章，邀您共赴觉醒、重塑与绽放的远航。

第一幕：寻锚

这是一次“自我觉醒”。它引导我们向内探求，培育清醒的自我认知，找到内心深处那份最真实的初心。

第二幕：铸锚

这是一场“自我重建”。它邀请我们重塑坚定的价值观与使命感，在风暴中为自己筑牢根基。

第三幕：启锚

这是为了“自我绽放”。当内核稳固，初心便化作罗盘，指引我们在未知中保持方向，以无畏的姿态掌舵人生航向。

Theme for Year 2026：The Anchor Within

"The Anchor Within" is not about resisting changes, but about grounding oneself in firm values, a sense of mission and deep self-awareness as the inner foundation, maintaining direction amid turbulence, and staying true to one’s core amid external noise.

This philosophy reflects the enduring spirit of the Female Leadership Forum since its inception, supporting women leaders in anchoring their leadership from within as they navigate evolving professional and social contexts.

We firmly believe that "The anchor within" is the source of a woman’s steady resolve. It charts a three-act journey of growth:

Act 1: Seeking the Anchor

This is a moment of "self-awakening." It calls us inward, to cultivate clear self-awareness and rediscover the truest essence of who we are.

Act 2: Forging the Anchor

This is a process of "Self-Reconstruction." It enables us to reshape our inner order amid change, forging clear and steadfast values and a sense of purpose, so as to build a solid foundation amidst the storm.

Act 3: Weighing the Anchor

This is a stage of “Self-Blossoming.” With a stable inner core, our original aspiration transforms into an internal compass, guiding us through uncertainty without losing our bearings and take the helm of our lives.

1. CEIBS MBA Women Leadership and Networking Club

The club is affiliated to the full-time MBA program of CEIBS, aiming to create a safe environment to discuss gender equity issues, empower women to develop their leadership skills, and encourage women and men to jointly promote changes in the workplace and community.

该俱乐部隶属于中欧国际工商学院MBA全日制项目，旨在创造一个安全的环境，讨论性别平等问题，以赋能女性，帮助她们发展领导技能，并鼓励女性和男性共同推动职场和社区的变革。

2. CEIBS Global EMBA Female Leadership Club

Founded in April 2022, the club is an official part of the CEIBS Global EMBA program. It aims to promote gender equality in leadership, provide support and build networking. The club invites successful leaders from various industries to inspire members, explores ways to leverage leadership for social impact, advocates for gender equality, and promotes the growth of GEMBA women.

该俱乐部成立于2022年4月，是中欧国际工商学院Global EMBA项目的官方组成部分。其目标是在领导力领域推动性别平等，并提供支持和建立社交网络。俱乐部邀请来自不同行业的成功领导者来激励成员，同时探讨如何利用领导力产生社会影响，倡导性别平等，并促进GEMBA女性的成长。

3. Global Women Connect (GWC)

Global Women Connect (GWC) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to connecting women globally. Through long-term collaboration with CEIBS,GWC has co-created high-quality platforms for dialogue and exchange, fos-tering cross-cultural and cross-industry learning and supporting women’s sustained leadership and personal development.

GWC是一家致力于连接全球女性的非营利组织，多年来与中欧国际工商学院携手共创高质量女性领导力对话平台。通过持续举办具有深度与影响力的项目，GWC促进跨文化、跨行业的经验交流，支持女性在领导力与人生发展中的长期成长。
