《大国新药》为什么要做国际版
2021年,《大国新药》开播。18期节目,百余位嘉宾,我们记录了中国创新药从"跟跑"到"并跑"的每一步。但记录本身不是目的——当科伦博泰与默沙东达成超14亿美元合作,当百利天恒以84亿美元刷新中国Biotech出海纪录,我们意识到:中国医药创新的叙事,不能只由中国人来讲。更准确地说:中国医药创新,需要被世界理解;全球医药创新,也需要听懂中国的声音。
中国生物医药产业正在经历一场静默的范式转移:从"引进来"到"走出去",License-out交易总额突破千亿美元,中国已从全球医药创新的"消费者"变为"贡献者";从"产品出海"到"规则共建",当中国临床数据成为全球注册的关键证据,当中国CDMO成为跨国药企的供应链核心,"参与规则制定"比"卖产品"更重要;从"被选择"到"被需要",跨国药企的BD团队常驻上海、苏州,不是来"猎取"资产,而是来"共建"生态。
但对话的鸿沟依然存在。西方产业界对中国创新的认知,仍停留在"成本低、速度快"的刻板印象;中国创新者对全球市场的理解,也常困于"授权即终点"的路径依赖。我们需要一个平台,让双方真正听懂彼此。
在此背景下,《大国新药》正式推出国际版,由凯莱英医药集团、E药经理人、微解药、ISWTC联合主办,聚焦医药创新全球化,打造中西方创新者平等对话的专业平台。
首发阵容:五位研发领袖,一场中西对话
2026年ASCO年会,中国ADC研究入选口头报告的数量首次超过美国,多项疗效数据直接对标甚至超越国际标杆产品。跨国药企BD团队密集约见中国Biotech创始人,谈判桌上的核心问题已从"数据可靠吗"变成"全球权益怎么谈"。
但热潮之下,焦虑才刚刚开始:这是资本寒冬中的"窗口套利",还是研发范式与制造能力的系统性崛起?当差异化门槛从"有没有临床数据"升级为"有没有全球开发能力",中国公司准备好了吗?
ADC正是回答这些问题的最佳切口——它是中国医药创新"全球化成熟度"最高的赛道,交易活跃、数据扎实、产业生态完整。更重要的是,ADC的全球化故事映射着整个中国医药创新的未来:从技术层面的fast-follow到first-in-class跃迁,到产业层面的单一产品授权到平台型合作进化,再到战略层面的"被选择"到"规则共建者"转型。这些议题,不止于ADC,而是中国医药创新全球化的共同命题。

Dr. Jiaqiang Cai is Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Scientific Officer of MediLink Therapeutics.
With over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, Dr. Cai has authored more than 200 patents and peer reviewed publications. Over 30 compounds developed under his leadership have advanced to clinical research and commercialization stages.
He earned his doctoral degree from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and completed his postdoctoral training at University College London. Prior to founding MediLink, Dr. Cai engaged in innovative drug R&D at Merck Sharp & Dohme, Kelun Pharmaceutical Research Institute and Shanghai Hansoh Pharmaceutical successively.
Ziye Sui

Dr. Ziye Sui, MD/PhD in Neuroscience, is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Lepu Biopharma, focusing on the discovery and development of innovative oncology therapies with particular expertise in antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and immuno oncology. Under her leadership, Lepu Biopharma has built a differentiated pipeline ranging from first in class and best in class ADCs to cutting edge IO agents, with multiple assets advancing through clinical development in China and globally. Dr. Sui combines a rigorous scientific background in neuroscience with extensive industry experience in R&D strategy, clinical development, and business collaboration, and is committed to accelerating the translation of transformative medicines to patients worldwide.
Alexandra Snyder

Alex Snyder, SVP, leads Discovery Oncology and Translational Medicineat Merck, where she is a Senior Vice President. From 2022-2025, she was the Head of Research and Development and Chief Medical Officer at Generate Biomedicines, a biotechnology company that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning and protein engineering to create novel medicines. In this role, Dr. Sryder built the research and development organization, including a portfolio of>20 molecules in diverse indications and modalities, and initiation of 4 clinical trials across 3 new molecular entities. Prior to joining Generate, Dr. Snyder was a Principal at the biotech incubator Two River following her role as Associate Vice President and Head of Translational Oncology at Merck. She previously was Translational Medicine Lead at Adaptive Bioteechnologies, and started her career as faculty and federally-funded Principal Investigator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Snyder is a Cancer Steering Committee(CSC)Biomedical Co-Chair for the Executive Committee of the FNIH and co-leads the SITC Biomarker Working Group. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at NYU and Bellevue Hospitals,Section Editor for the Journal for the Immunotherapy of Cancer, and was a member of the board of Navigating Cancer. Dr.Snyder received her medical degree and internal medicine training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai Hospital, followed by medical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center(MSKCC).
Greg Dwyer

Orum Therapeutics
Greg Dwyer is Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development at Orum Therapeutics, where he is responsible for licensing the company’s discovery platforms and development programs. He brings expertise in BD&L and strategy at growth-stage biotechnology companies, with a focus on oncology, antibody-drug conjugates, and protein degradation.
Prior to joining Orum, Greg held business development leadership roles at Magenta Therapeutics and ImmunoGen. At Magenta, he worked on business development and operational aspects of targeted conditioning programs, including MGTA-117, and supported strategic relationships for research and CMC activities. At ImmunoGen, his work covered licensing of the company’s proprietary antibody-drug conjugate platform for target-specific oncology drug discovery, pipeline asset partnering, complementary technology scouting,and biomarker/CDx collaborations.
Earlier in his career, Greg gained experience in pharmaceutical consulting at Decision Resources and discovery chemistry at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He holds an MBA in Operations, Finance, and Strategy from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
Anshu Goyal

Anshu Goyal is the CEO & Co-Founder of Xyone Therapeutics and has supported early-stage research and development in hormonal dysregulation for over a decade. With experience spanning both biotechnology innovation and strategic investment, he previously led investment teams at major hedge funds including Millennium and Exodus Partners during his Wall Street career.
He brings a cross-disciplinary perspective on biotech innovation, translational development, and the evolving landscape of next-generation therapeutics.

Jiamin Zhuo, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning scientific research, Wall Street equity analysis, and commercial strategy in biopharma. His career includes impactful roles at Decision Resources Group, Guggenheim Investment Bank, and commercial positions at Takeda and bit.bio., an innovative iPSC cell therapy biotech, where he shaped strategies for drug development and commercial pathway. Currently, he serves as Global Strategy Insight Director at EMD Serono, focusing on optimizing drug potential and driving commercial growth.
Beyond his corporate work, Jiamin co-founded InScienceWeTrust Community (ISWTC), a not-for-profit organization supporting the Asian Biotech ecosystem, and edits its Weekly Newsletter, which reaches over 6,000 subscribers. He holds a BS from Peking University, a Ph.D. from Mayo Clinic, and completed post-graduate training at Boston University and MIT. Passionate about bridging science and business, Jiamin is dedicated to advancing innovation and fostering collaboration in the biopharmaceutical industry.
