国泰航空回应歌手吴尊的“公开控诉”。

Cathay Pacific has apologized to actor and singer Chun Wu after his checked baggage was delayed for three days following a disrupted flight connection, prompting him to publicly express his frustration.

6月25日，歌手、演员吴尊发文喊话国泰航空，称自己转机时明确要求确保行李随自己一起落地，但到巴黎后等了三天也没等到行李，也联系不到当时对接自己的工作人员，对航司的处理十分失望。

On Thursday, Wu wrote on social media that while making a flight connection, he had specifically requested that his luggage travel with him. However, after arriving in Paris, he waited three days without receiving it. He also said he was unable to reach the staff member who had previously assisted him and expressed disappointment with the airline's handling of the situation.

按照吴尊的说法，自己从（澳大利亚）墨尔本飞到香港，坐在飞机里等了快三个小时才起飞，到香港接不到原本去巴黎的航班，国泰帮其安排飞到（英国）曼彻斯特转机去巴黎。

吴尊称，国泰的员工确认行李一起上了该飞机他才上机，到了曼彻斯特，国泰有安排一位华人员工来协助，国泰安排了法航飞到巴黎，结果落地巴黎, （行李）等了三天还找不到。

吴尊控诉道，其在巴黎等了三天也没有答案，才决定发这个视频，“已打了无数次的电话询问我行李的情况，回复都是很不用心和积极的。”

Wu added that after waiting three days in Paris without any progress, he decided to speak publicly about the incident. "I've called countless times to check on my luggage," he wrote, "but the responses have been neither attentive nor proactive."

6月25日晚间，国泰航空方面就此事回应澎湃新闻记者称，“国泰航空对于因联程航班接驳及后续转机导致的行李延误，以及由此为旅客造成的不便，深表歉意。”

Later that evening, Cathay Pacific responded, saying: "Cathay Pacific deeply apologizes for the baggage delay that occurred during the passenger's flight connection and for the inconvenience caused."

国泰航空方面指出，“该旅客原计划由墨尔本经香港飞往巴黎。因首段航班延误，未能顺利衔接后续航班，因此获安排改经曼彻斯特转接其他航司前往巴黎，相关行李亦按既定流程交由后续航司转运。行李抵达曼彻斯特后，由于当地衔接转运过程问题，未能及时装载至后续航班前往巴黎。目前，经与相关航空公司及机场方面密切沟通，已成功追踪到该行李。我们将与旅客及相关航司协调后续运输安排，务求尽快将行李送交旅客。”

The airline said Wu had originally been scheduled to travel from Melbourne to Paris via Hong Kong. After a delay on the first flight caused him to miss his connection, he was rebooked via Manchester, where he transferred to another airline for the final leg to Paris. His baggage was transferred according to standard procedures, but after arriving in Manchester, a local transfer issue prevented it from being loaded onto the onward flight.

Cathay Pacific said it has since located the luggage through close coordination with the airlines and airport authorities involved.

国泰航空方面表示，“因行李延误为旅客带来的不便，我们再次深表歉意。国泰航空始终重视每一位顾客的出行体验，我们将继续跟进，全力协助旅客作出妥善安排。”

"We will coordinate with the passenger and the carriers involved to arrange delivery of the baggage, and we are committed to returning it as soon as possible," the airline added.
