Established by Interior Design China, the Golden Bund Award boasts a 26-year history. Regarded as a landmark award in China’s interior design industry, it also serves as a weather vane for the sector’s development. Through annual selections, Interior Design China aims to unearth emerging talents in domestic interior design and drive the overall advancement of the design industry.

本案荣膺21届“金外滩”最佳居住空间奖（复式类）-金奖，以意式尊荣为基底，以叠层礼序为脉络，秉持解构思维，致力于空间的实景落地。在错落有致的空间递进中，探寻内敛奢华与动静相宜的居家哲学。

This project has been honored with the Best Residential Space Award (Duplex Category) - Gold Medal at the 21st "Golden Bund" Awards. Based on Italian elegance, structured around a layered etiquette sequence, it adheres to a deconstructive mindset and is committed to the practical implementation of space. In the progressive and well-proportioned space, it explores the home philosophy of restrained luxury and the harmonious balance of movement and stillness.

一曲弧形天花在顶层舒展，将复式建筑的厚重隐于无形。隐藏式灯光布局，让生活轨迹得以自由洄游。米白色宽体皮质沙发，搭配奢石肌理茶几，在纯粹的底色中勾勒出意式独有的慵懒与克制。吧台一侧，暖光与佳酿交织，家的尊荣感在社交的松弛姿态中自然流露。

A curved ceiling stretches out on the top floor, seamlessly concealing the weight and grandeur of the duplex architecture. The concealed lighting layout allows the trajectory of life to flow freely. The off-white wide-bodied leather sofa, paired with a luxurious stone-textured coffee table, outlines the unique Italian laziness and restraint in a pure background. On one side of the bar, warm light intertwines with fine wine, naturally revealing the dignity of home in a relaxed social atmosphere.

视线流转，圆形的木色楼梯与黄铜色环状吊灯遥相呼应，寓意着家庭团圆的秩序之美。天然纹理的大理石餐桌与黑色弧线餐椅形成材质上的精致碰撞。西厨区的黑、木、白三色层叠，在暖色微光的点缀下，将日常三餐升华为极具仪式感的意式生活剧场。

As the gaze flows, the circular wooden staircase and the brass ring-shaped chandelier echo each other, symbolizing the beauty of order in family reunion. The natural texture of the marble dining table and the black curved dining chairs create an exquisite collision in material. The black, wood, and white layers in the western kitchen area, embellished with warm light, elevate daily meals into an Italian-style living theater with a strong sense of ritual.

叠层的精髓尽在于此。纯白悬浮阶梯如灵动的丝带盘旋而上，以轻盈的建筑语言串联上下空间，正是“叠层礼序”的立体解构。转角处，原木竖纹格栅与高饱和度的橙色皮质休闲椅相映成趣，天光透过大面玻璃窗倾泻而入，为这份尊荣居所预留了一处归隐自我的精神角落。

The essence of layering lies here. The pure white suspended staircase spirals up like a flexible ribbon, connecting the upper and lower spaces with a light architectural language, which is a three-dimensional deconstruction of the "layered etiquette". At the corner, the vertical grain of the raw wood grille complements the high-saturation orange leather lounge chair, and natural light pours in through the large glass window, creating a spiritual corner for seclusion in this prestigious residence.

意式尊荣，不在繁复堆砌，

而在器物与空间的进退尺度；

叠层礼序，不在规矩森严，

而在动线与光影的温柔安排。

当极简主义遇上意式匠心，

这一方复式之境，

便成了四季流转中，

承载家人欢笑与内心宁静的最好归宿。

Italian elegance lies not in intricate piling up, but in the harmonious interplay between objects and space; the layered etiquette is not about rigid rules, but about the gentle arrangement of movement and light and shadow. When minimalism meets Italian craftsmanship, this duplex realm becomes the perfect sanctuary for family laughter and inner peace amidst the changing seasons.
