1斤等于一筐苹果，被称为天然养肝王，平肝火，养脾胃

天一热，不少人浑身难受：晨起口苦口干、双眼干涩发红，一点小事就忍不住发火，夜里翻来覆去睡不着，吃饭也没半点胃口，这全是肝火太旺、脾胃虚弱造成的。

很多人养肝总盯着高价补品，实在没必要。菜市场随手就能买到的苦瓜，才是平价养肝好物，大家都叫它天然养肝王。老话都说一斤苦瓜，养肝效果抵得上一筐苹果，性价比拉满，夏天吃再合适不过。

苦瓜性寒清热，专门压下上头的肝火。经常熬夜、用眼多、脾气急躁的人，多吃能缓解眼干、心烦燥热。

它不单单清肝降火，还能顺带调理脾胃。夏天总吃冰饮、重油重辣，容易积食腹胀、食欲不振，吃苦瓜可以解腻助消化，温和养护脾胃，不会加重身体负担。

不管是中年人还是老年人，日常吃都合适，清淡少油不油腻，不用担心补过头上火。隔两天吃上一回，变化很明显：嘴里不发苦，心态平和不容易动怒，眼睛清爽舒服，心神安定，躺下很快就能入睡。
