今天是处暑节气，也是北京相当闷热的一天。其实过去的这个周末，湿度大，温度高，就是不见降雨。
这样的天气，和家人一商量，炖肉肉就免了，都想吃点儿简单的，拌上两个凉菜，吃起来才比较爽。
相比于酷暑中的饺子、面条、烙饼等面食，在漫长的三个多月中吃了个遍，应对秋季里的炎热，咱们就吃点别样的面食。
北方人餐桌上的炒饼，可荤可素，可咸可淡，吃起来特别香。切得细细的饼丝，可搭配圆白菜、白菜、豆芽菜等，打入鸡蛋或者肉丝打底，期间翻炒的时候搭配蒜末、香菜段等，炒出来的一盘，怎一个香字可以形容？
做炒饼也相当简单，做晚饭没问题，早餐想吃上一盘，时间也来得及。这里花儿就和大家分享圆白菜肉炒饼的做法：
【圆白菜肉炒饼】
食材准备：
饼丝300克
猪肉150克
圆白菜叶子：5-6片
香菜两根、蒜两瓣
食用油、料酒、生抽、盐、香油
制作步骤：
1、饼丝在超市或者菜市场都有卖，但凡卖烙饼、面条的地方，一般都有饼丝，需要多少就现处理多少。
2、圆白菜叶子，取5-6片，洗净沥干水分，切丝备用，150克的猪肉切丝，加入一大勺料酒和少许盐，抓匀备用。2瓣蒜切蒜末，2根香菜去梗洗净切段。
3、做炒饼和炒面一样，炒锅里的油要多放一点儿，防止糊锅，
等油烧热后，倒入腌制好的肉丝，快速翻炒变色。
4、接着倒入圆白菜丝，倒入2大勺生抽、适量盐，翻炒均匀。
5、2分钟后倒入饼丝，翻炒均匀后等个一分钟。
放入蒜末，炒饼里加入蒜末，特别提香。无论是这款肉炒饼，还是加入鸡蛋的素炒饼，加点蒜末都适合。
6、最后倒入切好的香菜段，没有这里可以不放，再淋入少许香油，炒匀即可关火。
