步骤一;
准备食材,腐竹适量,小黑木耳适量,新鲜黄瓜一根,香菜适量,小葱适量,油炸花生米适量,大蒜头适量,小米辣适量!

放凉的木耳和腐竹控干水分,放入碗中,倒入黄瓜,放入葱花,蒜泥和适量辣椒面,淋上热油激发出香味,继续调味加适量盐,小米辣,鸡精味精少许白糖,生抽陈醋,一点点蚝油,倒入香菜和花生米,用筷子搅拌均匀装盘即可开吃!
