步骤一；

准备食材，新鲜番茄两个，番茄的选择也很重要哦，我个人觉得那种粉粉的、熟透的番茄就比较好，味道也比较纯正浓郁，土鸡蛋两个，小葱香菜各两根即可！

步骤二；

把食材清洗干净，番茄打上十字花刀，放入碗中用开水烫一下，然后剥皮，再把西红柿切成大小均匀的丁，这样更容易煮出它的味道，小葱香菜切碎，土鸡蛋打入碗中用筷子充分的搅拌均匀备用！

步骤三；

步骤四；
