“深蓝新航计划 Deep Blue Next” 是培育新一代海洋领军人才的平台，致力于培养海洋科学、技术、企业与全球治理的高端人才。
"Deep Blue Next" is an ocean innovation platform dedicated to foster the growth of a new generation of young leaders in ocean science, technology, enterprise, and governance.
作为“深蓝新航”计划的首次落地实践，《第五届国际深海前沿科技暑期学校——人工智能赋能海洋创新》将于2026年7月12-15日在深圳举办，正式开启新征程。
As the inaugural implementation of the "Deep Blue Next" initiative, the 5th International Summer School on Deep-Ocean Science and Technology: AI-Empowered Ocean Innovation will be held in Shenzhen from July 12 to 15, 2026, officially kicking off the new journey.
本届暑期学校深度践行深圳海洋大学“5I”育人理念，围绕智能（Intelligent）、个性化（Individualized）、学科融合（Interdisciplinary）、产业导向（Industry-oriented）与国际化（Internationalized）五大核心，邀请全球顶尖海洋科学家、人工智能专家与高科技企业家授课与分享经验，同时邀请优秀青年科学家分享前沿成果与成长经历。本活动旨在加速人工智能与海洋探测、资源开发、海洋治理的深度结合，联动产学研资源，培养具有国际视野的未来领军人才。
Fully practicing the “5I” educational philosophy of the upcoming Shenzhen Ocean University, this summer school centers on five core principles: Intelligent, Individualized, Interdisciplinary, Industry-oriented, and Internationalized. It will feature lectures and experience sharing by world’s leading scientists, top technology experts and distinguished high-tech entrepreneurs. It seeks to accelerate the in-depth integration of AI with ocean exploration, resource exploitation, and ocean governance, nurturing future talents with an international vision.
本届暑期学校由深圳海洋大学（筹）/南方科技大学海洋高等研究院与深圳全球海洋中心城市建设促进会联合主办，现面向优秀学生和青年学者开放报名。
The summer school is co-organized by the Shenzhen Ocean University (SOU) Preparatory Office / Advanced Institute for Ocean Research (AIOR) of the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), together with the Global Ocean Capital Promotion Council of Shenzhen. Outstanding students and young scholars are encouraged to apply.

活动安排
Logistics
1. 日期：2026年7月12-15日
DATES: July 12–15, 2026
2. 地点：深圳海洋大学过渡校区（深圳大鹏新区坝光）
VENUE: The transitional campus of the Shenzhen Ocean University, Baguang, Dapeng, Shenzhen
3. 报名对象：以研究生、博士后、青年科学家为主，接收部分本科生；接收在华国际留学生；预计参加人数250人。
PARTICIPANTS: Priority is given to graduate students, post-docs, and young scientists. Undergraduate students and international students in China are also accepted. Expected number of participants: 250.
4. 预估费用：
ESTIMATED COSTS:
（1）注册费：统一缴纳200元/人（用于餐饮、场地、物料、活动等开支）
REGISTRATION FEES: RMB 200 per person (covering catering, venue, materials and activities)
（2）外地学员往返交通、住宿费用原则上自理
TRAVEL EXPENSES: Participants are responsible for own travel and accommodation expenses
（3）学员住宿费：150元/人/天（双人标准间）
ACCOMMODATION COSTS: RMB 150 per person per day (standard twin room)
