所以说早餐要想吃的安全又健康，还是得在家自己做吃起来才放心，而且还好吃，早餐在家做炸油油条可能会比较麻烦，但是做炸油饼就比较简单，做炸油饼只需两个鸡蛋一斤面粉，就可以轻松自制早餐饼，炸油饼口感又酥又脆又香，比油条好吃翻倍！

炸油饼所需原料：

面粉 500克，酵母 5克，泡打粉 5克，食用盐 23克，鸡蛋 2个，温开水少许，油 5斤

炸油饼制作流程：

第一步，将面粉倒入盆中加入盐，打入两个鸡蛋，放入少许泡打粉搅拌均匀。

第二步，将酵母放入碗中，加入少许的温开水将其化开，倒入面粉中和面，适量的再添加温水，将面团活至表面柔软，稍微粘手的状态，然后将活好的面团静置1个小时。

第三步，面团醒好以后，取出来放到案板上撒入少许的干面粉，然后将面团用手按成长型的条状，揪成小面团，擀成片后用刀在中间划两道或三道。

第四步，起锅烧油，油温到五成热时放入做好的油饼，开小火将油饼炸至两面金黄色时捞出控油即可。
